14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at 07456 767334. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer free return shipping labels; the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which is £3.99 for UK orders. International return charges will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping

We charge £3.99 delivery charges for order amount below £50. However, postage is free for the orders equal or above £50.

We charge £23.99 for international deliveries. It takes 8-15 days. Please note orders being shipped outside of the UK will incur customs and taxes in their respective countries, we cannot determine the exact cost of this as it differs from country to country. The cost of custom has to be bear by customer.
